I see you're trying to keep a light atmosphere in the animation, and that's fine, but still, there are many places where you could improve on it.
The title is obviously inadequate, as is the lack of submission icon. Having a user icon of your own wouldn't hurt the overall look of the submission page.
As for the submission itself, try to frame the text in a box at the top or bottom of the screen (keeping it in one place is helpful) and add a button to proceed with the text when done reading. A lot of the text was too fast, which is a common mistake: after working on something long enough, you'll know the lines by heart, but the general audience won't, and will be reading for the first time. I'm sure there are some tutorials here on NG that could help you with that.

Throughout the submission, besides the very simple animation and voice acting with uneven levels, the idea that you're all very young didn't leave my mind. You all show a lot more focus and effort than the vast majority of NewGrounders your age, and these projects are great ways to increase your experience with Flash. You show great promise for the future.
As for the submission itself, like I said, the animation is quite simple. In future animations, try to look for some tutorials on how to draw with more details, such as lighting, shading, and texturing. And as has been said, the voice acting volume was up and down and all around, but that's an honest beginner's mistake.
All in all, it's not fantastic, but Rome wasn't built in a day, so keep at it and you might be looking at some green labels within a few submissions.

No user icon, no submission icon, no capitalization or punctuation in your "Author's Comments" section, no preloader, no play button, no replay button. Right off the bat, i'm not taking you or your work seriously.
The content was just as much of a massacre to play through. White background, no music, three or four sound effects - which it's painfully obvious that they repeat themselves - and the "all-original" theme of "stick figures shooting guns and dying in ridiculous ways".

What could possibly go wrong? =D

This is definitely one of the best submissions i've ever seen on Newgrounds. Not only is all of it completely functional, acceptable graphics and lack of sound considering the filesize, but i've seen a few updates to it which have made it quite a bit more challenging.

Unfortunately, the average Newgrounder is a 13 year old homophobic boy, even though he has no understanding of homosexuality, so they'll blam you out of fear of their own confusion as to their sexual orientation, as any pre-pubescent teen should be confused if he's healthy.
As for the game, it's excellent, very well done. Congratulations.

In a time where spellchecking is in every piece of software worth a fuck, how can you spend weeks or months on a flash project and not spend 3 seconds spellchecking at least the text that is visible to the player?
